Sorry.  Should have read the rules more carefully.  Kind of new to the forum thing.

I'm hopeing ZodTTD comes out with a n64 emulator for the One, that would be awesome, and since we will have a 1 Ghz processor, things should be just as smooth as they are on the iPads n64 emu, since it has a 1 GHz processor too!

ZodTTD just posted on twitter:

"Other projects I am working on include Android stuff. PSX + N64 on Android. Followed by VLC."

Not too familiar with Android yet.  I did a lot of emulators and roms on the iPhone though and I remember that if the rom-file is not in the right format, it would not run.  On iPhone, the rom file's extension had to be .img or .bin.  You might want to google "types of rom files emulators android" and see what you get.

The roms you're downloading might be .zip files or something.  Right click the rom file from your desktop if possible and check the extension.  If you're on PC, winrar is a program that will convert the file into other types.

Good luck!

We need RPG's!  I can never get enough.  FF series is the best.  I'm curious how a game boy emulator is running on One.  I'm new to Andriod but I heard of Gameboid.  How is it running.  FF VI is great.  Any hope of running PSX?

I'm hoping to get an SNES emulator going and trying out ChronoTrigger.  One of my all-time favorite RPGs.

Quick question. Can you save states with these emulator apps?

The ones we have, yes.  I currently use the gba emulator and its great.  I play ff5 and ff6, as well as golden sun.  Save states work fine.

Once u download the emu from the market, open the app and hit menu.  Scroll thru options and you'll see "download roms" or "get roms."  It'll take u straight to sites where you can download them straight to your phone.  If you're using gba, you'll need the bios file first.
