Hello, said_elnajjar,

Could you please give more information ?

When does it get stuck and restart ? When you use an app, press Home button, what ?

My guess is he means the htc logo restart and reboots.

Please list what android version, sense, also if you have rooted or not rooted your device and we can help further

If you're referring to the Random Reboot issue that occurs with *some* HTC One X phones...  I had it for a short time until I received the last OTA update, then I never saw it after that. I believe it is the phone's way of clearing cache and restarting for better operation. If you restart your phone every couple days, as suggested, the Random Reboot should not occur. If it still happens, I would first try a  Soft Reset:

  • Turn phone off
  • Remove back cover
  • Remove battery
  • Reinstall battery
  • Reinstall back cover
  • Turn phone back on.

If the Random Reboot still continues, I would do the Factory Reset, but be advised to back-up all your apps and data prior to this step. There are several back-up type apps in the market.

1.) Do not use task killer. This slows the phone down. Read Here

When your phone gets stuck and restarts, you may be experiencing the Random Reboot issue that occurs with *some* HTC One X phones.
