  yes definitely, I've used the beats earphones a number of times for calls.  The microphone is on the back of the buttons, you should be able to see a small hole.  They're actually pretty good, I can hear the caller loud and clear and you don't have to have the microphone too close either for them to hear you.

P.S. I assume you mean the ones that came with the mobile not the headphones you can buy separately as not all have a microphone in that case.
