I wanted to know if you need to be rooted to use launcher pro,and also does the phone come with the ability to hide certain apps(aka bloatware).Also if I root what apps should I download straight away?

No root required to use launcher pro.

You can remove the bloatware only if rooted.

I'll leave the third question for the rootheads  wink
