I found this over at xda forum... its pretty neat

I like this keyboard because it doesnt have the 4 directional arrows that the One keyboard has, and if you swipe the top row it shows two extra rows (one for numbers and one for frequently used symbols)

How to use this keyboard as default:
1- From the Home screen, Go to Menu > Settings > Language & keyboard.
2- Look for the name of the newly installed keyboard under the "Text Settings" and click it select it.
3- A pop-up window notifying you of the possibility of text collection appears. Just select OK
4- Then go to any app or field you can enter text (such as pressing the Search key)
5- Press and hold the text input box, this will bring up the "Edit Text" menu.
6- Select "Input Method" from this menu and select the keyboard you want from the list.
