Mine was doing that for a while too. Then one day I said, I've GOTTA try this one more time. I found this link that gives a bit more of an explanation than boosted did on here. So give it a shot. Gotta install .net framework and java se development kit too. Follow the directions on here......it helped me out a lot. http://www.knowyourcell.com/htc/htc-One-4g/One-4g-guides/463921/how_to_take_screenshots_on_the_htc_One_4g.html

OMG, could you please be a bigger crybaby? I asked you ONCE to resize it because you were posting a bunch of screen shots that were huge. Resizing them to a decent size only takes a minute and is a courtesy to other users who have different screen sizes/resolutions. For those with lower resolutions/smaller screens, those screen shots are rather huge. Me the crybaby? Sorry you have me confused with yourself dear...your the one always crying about anything and everything. I help people out on here, then you come along with your 2cents (complaints). So I warn people...no harm there

I didn't say anything about you following me around...I don't know where that even came from. I have a life besides this website. If your on here all day lookin for stuff to say, then go ahead and be lifeless. I don't give a flying rats a$$. All I know is, whenever I post something on here, there you go complaining about something I say or post. I'm not sayin it's ONLY me....but its steadily on me, and for little nonsense. If its not part of the rules and its just something of your own opinion then you know what....when it comes to me, keep it to yourself. We won't have any problems that way.

Its a joke that the ONLY way to take screenshots unrooted is via an SDK and while attached to the PC... oh goody.. lets haul around that PC! even my blackberry at OS4.5 had some limited options, but that's a pretty old OS now and I did find an app, this is Android, its supposed to be far more superior than ANY OS!!! (and on the planet's fastest phone, unless Japan or China hasn't come out with something faster by now).
