: Playing a WAV file?
: KyleP June 15, 2010, 08:14:01 PM
My voicemails at work go to my email as a wav file, but the One can't play these files.  Is there an app that will give me the ability to play these wav files?

I just found an app called "Remote Wave" on the android market for $2.98 and it plays my e-mail phone messages perfectly.  Well worth the $2.98.  It works great on my inspire.

I downloaded the "remote wave" app on my One, but am still confused on how to play my work voicemails that are e-mailed to me as wav files. I can't seem to figure out how to get the app to work.  Can someone provide specific instructions on what to do once this app is downloaded? Thanks much!

Has anyone figured this out?  I've downloaded several free WAV players and still - not sure how to play these WAV files from my email.

Just skeptical on buying something to where 2 users (with less than 2 posts total on this forum) claim it works great.  Could be someone trying to push the sale of their new app. - Let me know!!

I just loaded the Remote Wave Free version and my voice mail wav files from work play perfectly.  When I click on the attached file in the email it proves me the option to complete the action using music or remote wave.  I select Remote Wave and hear the message.
