Gmail - although disappointing, i still need this in order to manage my labels and everything right.  is there another app that lets you manage your gmail inbox better?

Oh, well with most songs, the first 10-15 seconds haven't gotten to the melody yet, or its just an intro rhythm, etc.  I use ringdroid to find and isolate the part of a song that is most suitable as a ring tone, which is usually in the break when the melody comes in.  I've also used it to isolate funny phrases from comedy bits.  Like zach galifinakis shouting "HE AIN'T GONNA EMAIL YOU!" or antoine dobson singing "we gon find you, we gon fiiiind you" from that funny YouTube video.

right now I'm using the melody from De La Soul's "Keepin the Faith" which already sounds lile a ringtone.   Ringdroid basically lets you sample a song and create a loop.  DJ's would appreciate these abilities.

I'm excited to try this k9 app.  Hopefully I can do it today.  I have a question, how do you disable the other app then? Just turn off the notifications, right?  I'm just hoping to avoid interference.

Ok, I need to be able to see this web site on a computer while I do the stuff on the phone.  I'm ay work now and probably won't get the time to do this until tomorrow or Monday.  I'll get back to you then!

I think I understand the classes thing.  I haven't marked any as 1st or 2nd, but if I only want to see whats in my Inbox, then all I need to do is select that folder from the folder list, right?  If yes, then thats how viewing all the other folders would work too, right?    If that is the case, then I would never even see my Trash folder (regardless of class) unless i selected it from the folder list, right?? 

If i'm understanding this correctly, and i assigned my Trash as 2nd class, AND said to not Display 2nd class folders, then "Trash" would simply be removed from my Folders List, correct?   "Trash" wouldn't even be an option to view?

The Orange arrow is pointing to an unshaded email with plain text and a light blue Left Tab
The Green arrow is pointing to a blue shaded email with bold text and a dark blue Left Tab
The Red arrow is pointing to a blue shaded email with a plain text and a light blue Left Tab
The Yellow Arrow is pointing to an unshaded email with bold text and a dark blue Left Tab

the variations are:   shaded/unshaded    plain/bold text    light blue/dark blue tab
These can apparently occur in any combination, as my inbox shows.

Any clue what they mean?   I noticed that bold text seems to denote an email is unread, and it turns to plain text after opening.  I can't tell what the other flavors mean.

Does K9 work with exchange servers?  I would like to replace the stock email client that I use for both pop and exchange email.

The mail ap th came stock on the One works well with MS Exchange server and was a snap to set up.  Unfortuantely it is very limited in features that you would expect from even a basic mail ap.

Thanks.  I've been involved with PC-based email for too long.  On most PC email clients, the email is deleted from the server when the client acknowledges receiving it.

That makes things quite handy.

Ok, so I'm trying K9 and I just discovered I can't send emails over wifi, but that's ok.  Is there a widget for it, or a way to make the default mail widget go directly to k9?  I'm HOPING for a full size one, that previews the message so I can delete mails from the widget and only  open the program to read full messages that I want or send messages.  I know we can't all have what we want, but the default is close.
