I couldnt find a similiar topic so PLEASE DIRECT me if I missed it.
However my questions are #1 Is there an option to change your profile picture using the Facebook app & #2 Sometimes i can change my default using the actual "web" not the app but thats only if the picture is super small. If its a regular size picture it comes up with the "sizing" box and I have no idea how to DRAG the corners to size it without using a mOUSE.

Yes, it's possible to change your profile picture.  Go to your profile pictures album, click on the camera icon and it will pop up "upload photo" box.  The upload box will give you the option to use a pic from the gallery or capture a pic.  Once you select your pic, you can't resize it, so my suggestion would be to take a pic and do your cropping in the gallery prior to upload.
